Your satisfaction matters. In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unopened condition.

Pre-order deposits: because pre-orders reserve a unit from a capped production run, deposits are refundable up to 48 hours after the order is placed. After that, the deposit secures your unit and is non-refundable, but you may transfer your order with our help.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
